2.1 To access Nairawave services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
2.3 You must notify Nairawave immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Transactions
3.1 By using Nairawave to make payments, you authorize us to process transactions on your behalf.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your account has sufficient funds to complete transactions.
3.3 All payments made through Nairawave are final, and refunds will only be processed according to the refund policies of the respective service providers.

4. Fees
Nairawave may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Nairawave for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions.

• Uploading or transmitting harmful or malicious content.

6. Termination of Services
6.1 Nairawave reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities.
6.2 You may terminate your account by following the account deletion procedure outlined below.

7. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Nairawave account, you must send a request to support@nairawave.com.ng. Your email should include:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• A clear request for account deletion.
• Any additional verification information requested by Nairawave to confirm your identity.

Nairawave will process your request within 14 business days, provided there are no pending transactions or unresolved issues associated with your account. Upon successful deletion, all personal data related to your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nairawave platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nairawave or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nairawave is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Errors, interruptions, or delays in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
• Issues related to third-party services or providers.

10. Modifications to Terms
Nairawave reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
